PK Basic Sponge Mix

Ingredients

4oz 100g PK Foods Flour Mix

4oz 100g Castor Sugar

4oz 100g Soft Margarine

6 grams Egg Replacer

4 tbsp Water

1. Whisk egg replacer into water in a jug.

2.Cream margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy.

3.Whisk in egg replacer solution.

4.Add PK mix Turn into your favourite cake or buns
Bake at 200 C, 400 C or Gas mark 6

5.Fairy Cakes will take approx 10-12 mins.

6.Victoria Sandwich will take approx 20 mins.
