P.K. Pastry
Ingredients
8 oz-225G P.K. Foods Flour Mix
4oz-100g Margarine/butter
Pinch of salt
1oz-25g Sugar
1 T S egg replacer
6 TBSP Water
Method
1. Sieve P.K. flour into mixing bowl
2. Rub in margarine, until mix resembles fine bread crumbs
3. Stir in egg replace, salt and sugar
4. Add water and mix to a soft “dough like” consistency
5. Roll out and use for Apples pies, Mince pies or your own favourite.
