Lemon Orange Sweet Rolls
Ingredients
1 pouch (375g) PK Foods Flour Mix
75g - 3oz Sugar
1 ½ tsp Fast acting dry yeast
440 mls – 15 fl oz Warm water
1 Lemon
1 Orange
Method
1. Add sugar to warm water, stir and add yeast. Let stand in warm, draft free place for 10-15 minutes or until foamy.
2. Grate and reserve zest from lemon and orange.
3. Lightly grease a heavy-duty muffin pan.
4. Add P.k.u mix and stir to moisten.
5. Beat batter using an electric mixer for 3 minutes on medium speed.
6. Stir in zest.
7. Pour batter into muffin tins to ¾full. Let rise for about 30 – 40 minutes in a warm moist place. Rolls should not rise more than ¼ inch above edge of tin.
8. Bake in preheated oven 375 °F, 180 °C or gas mark 5 for 15-30 minutes or until golden brown.
