Carrot Cake
Ingredients
1 pouch pk foods flour mix
1/4pt 125g veg oil
2oz /50g brown sugar
2oz/2oz caster sugar
8oz/200g grated carrot
5oz/125g crushed pineapple (with juice)
2 tps Barkat baking powder
1/2 tps bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 Cinnamon
4oz /100g water
Method
Preheat oven to 350,f/175,c/gas mark 4.
Combine oil with white and brown sugar,using electric mixer at lowspeed.
blend in carrots and pineapple.
In a another bowl blend together all the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the other mixture.Mix on medium speed for 2 mins.
Pour batter into a greased Round tin(8"or 9") Bake for 25 to 30 mins.
